Johnleia works at the counter at a sandwich place in West Hartford Center. Yesterday I had a table outside, and she delivered my sandwich order. Johnleia was interested in my camera and told me she likes to take pictures with her little compact camera. Never one to waste an opportunity, I asked to take her picture. What a smile!
A lovely portrait and a charming woman
ReplyDeleteAh, Jack! How could anyone resist you? Portraits and close-ups definitely are my favorites.
ReplyDeleteHer smile is beautyful because her eyes are smiling too; very beautyful portrait! In France, you would be called a "Joli Coeur"! Ü
ReplyDeleteYup! That smile caught my eye right off too.
ReplyDeleteTerrific smile...nice lighting and interesting background. Glad to see the IT division of HDP is back in business. (Don't forget to submit the appropriate paperwork to Accounting for reimbursement for your sandwich, since it was a working lunch.)

ReplyDeleteHer smile is matched by the twinkle in her eye.
ReplyDeleteMaking portraits has always been an art on itself, and a difficult one. Somehow if someone agrees to pose it seems that it should be an easy picture, with time to decide this and that, but then, it is a difficult one, isn't it?
