There is a museum in Hartford currently holding a very special exhibition by a well known painter who, over 25 years, painted about 250 large canvases featuring water plants at his garden in France.
Unfortunately, photography is not permitted at that exhibition.
the cia may have a position for you, super spy jack.
ReplyDeleteHmm! Now how did that painting get on this blog?!
ReplyDeleteI'm so envious here, I would love to visit this exhibition!

ReplyDeleteGreat photo of those two benches, nice wallaper too...
ReplyDeleteor even wallpaper!
ReplyDeleteYour description is so vivid, I feel as though I can see it. (For situations like this, I hope the HDP mgt. offers bail money.)
ReplyDeleteJack, You are such a rebel : )
ReplyDeleteWow! I am impressed!
ReplyDeleteIf I think a moment I might make out the name of this painter.
ReplyDeleteYou can expect a knock at your door in the middle of the night. Someone squealed. This post is now on the wall at the Hartford offices of the PFI (Photographic Felon Inquisition).
I wouldn't worry except your lawyer is sporting a brand-new Nikon camera in a PFI bag.
I bet that his garden was in Giverny...
ReplyDeleteAh, a rebel with a cause.
ReplyDeleteI took the train and bus out of Paris, and visited his lovely house and amazing garden....... I liked what I saw in France and I like this too:)
