On a recent walk, I passed this handsome home. The main facade is stone, with very appealing windows, The roof has a pair of dormers and a central turret. The roof covers a deep front porch. The house calls to mind a farmhouse, though it is relatively new and is entirely residential.
With all those trees surrounding the house, it does look rural. The stone wall makes it look very solid and comfortable.
ReplyDeleteA fine looking house. I have a friend who lives in a typical Swedish house, he is having in painted at the moment, but on a few recent walks he have done he is very impressed by the stone houses we have seen.
