Rosedale Farms and Vineyards

Rosedale Farm has a farm stand in the historic Weatogue neighborhood of Simsbury.

Rosedale Farm partners with the Max Restaurant Group to offer several Chef-to-Farm outdoor dinners in the Rosedale vineyards every summer.  I visited one afternoon when diners were gathering.

They sell wines from their own vineyard.  The 2016 Simsbury Celebration white wine won a prize.
Heublein Tower is illustrated on the bottle's label.

That looks a tough assignment, Jack. I appreciate the hardships and dangers that you put yourself through on our behalf.

That is a great grape vine mural on that barn. Looks like a fine vineyard.

This is a place I wish we had in the Stavanger area.

I've had Long Island wines, even visited a winery once in eastern Suffolk County. Didn't know there were CT wines. I'd like to try some.

This is popular in California's Napa Valley, too. And I'm also reminded that most of the wineries in California's wine country are lovely destinations as well.
