1st Avenue North

1st Avenue North in Olde Naples is one of those lovely streets with mature trees embracing overhead.

Lovely houses, some old, some new.  All big.

That top photo is so beautiful. This looks like an area I'd enjoy exploring.

I remember a time when small Illinois towns had streets with shade trees growing over them, but unfortunately they were elm trees and are now long gone. Shady streets are no longer common. Those houses look huge but very stylish. Suppose it was not the middle-class who migrated to Naples in the winter.

The street looks wonderful with all of the trees, Jack! It makes such a difference in the summer to have all of that shade.

The tree lane is a beautiful backdrop for all those lovely homes.

I love the look of those trees. Do you think one could afford one of those houses on Social Security?
