A Flower Lover

A woman in Avon puts on a dazzling floral show every year.  These days the show is for her own enjoyment and for those who go past.  In past years, she opened her yard to raise
funds for charities, but a spurious lawsuit ended that.

I just read the link, Jack, it makes me mad too. How come people who can spot every minor wrinkle in the law are unable to see unevenness in a path? My local nature reserve now has to put up signs to explain that paths may be muddy and slippery after rain. Come on, it's a nature reserve, what could be more natural than rain making things wet? Recently there was another sign - "Visitors are advised not to interfere with the hornets nest". Words fail me.

I remember that story Jack. Even her 'minor' display here is lovely, hope she's got a good reticulation system going there!

Just goes to show that some people are just nasty. Can't believe a court would agree with his law suit. Her flower displays are amazing and show dedication to beautiful flowers and gardens.

I just finished reading your link and it was real sad that someone would sue. Sad but typical, nothing amazes me anymore. I love her floral arrangement, it's such a labor of love. She has adapted and moved forward and that deserves an applause.

I remember this story, Jack! I'm glad she continues to enjoy her garden. Some people are so greedy.
