Sylvia and Henry

Sylvia and Henry are from Ottawa but they have a place in southwest Florida
and the family lives here for much of the winter.

Henry is a handful.  Only 14 months old, he has been walking since he was 9-1/2 months old.  "Walking" is an understatement.  Henry has a fast motor and is on the go whenever
Sylvia is not holding him.  Sylvia has an impressive ability to carry on
an uninterrupted conversation while continually
intercepting Henry's escape attempts.

It's a lovely mother-child photo. Henry reminds me of moments in my past. "Been there, done that" and I am so glad that we all survived!!

Such a wonderful portrait of the two of them. That Henry does look like he's a handful.

No wonder she looks so thin. Exercise w/o a gym pass.

Wonderful capture for the day, as always! A lovely lady with a hand full! I'm glad my four are grown and that I don't have to chase them any longer!!! Have a great weekend, Jack!!

In a few years the child will be in school and it will be harder to for the family to spend as much time in the winter in Florida.

She's lucky to be down there instead of in Ottawa right now although there is a January "thaw" going on up here.

What a great portrait!

Ah, from my neck of the woods!

Our January thaw lasts all of a few hours before the temps drop right back down again. It's not even enough to put a dent in the snowpack.

Henry looks like a handful!

Henry is quite obviously looking for trouble. Don't know if my granddaughter will end up like that but then she's 10 months younger.

I think Henry's cute face shows exactly what you mean. :-)

I agree with JM. Reading from the little devil's face there's a new mischief/escape in store.
Good luck to his beautiful mother.
