J. D.

J. D. was the captain of the airboat we rode around Lake Trafford.
He claims that he has been around Lake Trafford 8,000 times.

8,000 times! Almost incredible, but looking at your portrait it is easy to believe him!

i imagine he has 8,000 stories about it as well.

I dunno about Lake Trafford, but I'd guess he's been around! :) Just kidding. Nice portrait!

What are you doing on an airboat. Don't you know that alligators get together and launch coordinated attacks on airboats?

Well, maybe I'm just kidding.

Well if it's his job and he does it several times a day...

Wow. The only place I visited more than a thousand times is HOME. Great portrait.

White locks flowing in the wind... I bet he's a 'character' too. Never been on one. Would take a chance, regardless of Lowell's fears. hahahaha

Great "character" shot for the day and I bet he has lots of tales to tell!

If he's been doing that job for a long time, I bet he's right.

The sun may have lightened his hair. 14,000 boat trips would be about every day for about 24 years.
