Woody

This "woody" is available at Guy's Garage in West Suffield.  It can use some money and some love.

I get back late on Monday.  See you soon.

This vehicle has to be from the 1940's or 1950's. I remember seeing them when they were new. :-)

I remember those classic wagons. They really were beautiful. Even this one has a certain "style."

Hmmmm that "woody" looks about like I do this morning!!! Guess we've both seen better days, huh?? Welcome back home, Jack, hope you had a great trip!

An original Woody! It does need some TLC, hopefully someone buys it and brings it back to it's prime.
Safe travels.

Wouldn't it be fun to fix it up and tour about! ;-)

I hope your journey back is smoother than the journeys that have left this Woody in the condition that it is.

As they say over here, this car is in need of some TLC. Someone will have fun restoring it.

Gosh, would they let someone drive that on the road?

I had one like that but it had green fenders and hood 1947 ford station wagon. wish I still did and if I had the money that one would be mine.

I guess restorers would love that old woody ... lots of work to be done but imagine the end results.

I cannot show this to my husband. He will have me driving to work in the thing.

That could be so cool.

I think it needs a little more than just love.

Your great photo sure gets the imagination going with the "potential" this late 1940s woody creates. Fine post.
