The stuffed animal perhaps is there to discourage amateurs from sitting on the stool and playing chopsticks.

There is some fine antique furniture in this room.

A lovely sunny room. I think Dave's right though, that piano looks too fine to play Chopsticks on!

I have never seen a stuffed animal play a clavichord before! Or is that just a plain ol' piano? Love that old baby carriage in the second shot.

Is that Miss Piggy at the piano? This is a lovely room.

Somebody has a great sense of humour. These rooms are just delightful to see.

A lovely spot! But coming upon that that bear would give me heart failure in the middle of the night. ;-)

Everything looks quite precious in this place Jack!

Very elegant, there seem to be some beautiful antiques. I hope they all have some kind of family significance rather than being 'bought by the yard' to furnish the rooms.

Catching up on the Silas Robbins House. It's beautiful! Thanks for doing an inspection for all your curious bloggers. It's nice to see how "housebroken" people live. (Yesterday's candy dish wouldn't survive long in my hands.)

I could be quite content there! Lovely place!

Beautiful antiques.

I dunno, there may be a little Alfred Hitchcock in the top picture. We've stayed at some nice B&Bs over the years but this may top them all.

A lovely, old home. Good that it's been kept in such nice condition.
