Nice neighbor, Jack :)

Have a happy weekend.

Nice of you (or whoever owns this house) to provide a place for the robin to build a home.

We have several families of sparrows who have built nests in top of the metal supports for our roll out sun shades in our Scottsdale house. They are too cute to disturb.

Oh, so sweet! Can't wait for someone to find the hanging baskets that I'm going to buy in a few hours at the market to provide a home for one of these birds. We usually attract finches. All the combed dog hair that we toss around the backyard disappears quickly.

I love your photos of Robin!! How you and she have a great week-end!

Enjoy the cleanup!

I have a robin nest close by in the eve of a deck too. I've been waiting to find it still. Last year I had a robin nest in a tree and camped out on my deck trying to get a photo of it feeding it's young. I got the photo but it was not well captured.

Robin built a cozy nest in a dry, safe place!

I send you a cyber piece of my cake today!

Robin and her hubby have built a fine home to raise the kids!

These critters are cute but messy...we had other birds building nests on our front porch, back deck, in a planter, etc., at our old Ocala house...but I was very nice and didn't throw them out!

I'm also glad to meet someone who's for the birds and doesn't mind showing it!

Very neat. How every did you come up with the name? It's be nice when the neighbor has her kids.

I'd rather clean up after her than my pigeons! So cute!

My favorite kind of neighbor! Unfortunately they're not living in apartment complexes and I am!! Ah, well, we had our years together and it was fun! Hope your weekend is going well, Jack! Enjoy!

You are indeed a kind neighbor to Mrs. Robin and "the robinettes" - hah!

Jack, I don't know why, but I totally mist (see what I did there!) your subtle typo ("hear" instead of "here") in my comments the first time around. I know it was intentional given the nature of my post. Nicely done!

Truly the best neighbor of all. We have a tiny Chipping Sparrow nest on our front porch. My daughter must check on it at least ten times per day.

What's the appropriate housing warming gift for Robin? A nightcrawler? Grasshopper? Or perhaps a cricket?

I like this kind of neighbour. :)

What a surprise! Nice neighbor!

I'm often surprised at where birds will build their nests. Hopefully pesky cats can't get at the eggs.

She's a beauty...what will the little ones be called?
