Bridge

Most of us take infrastructure for granted.  When is the last time you gave a thought to the supports holding up the bridge you drive over?

Here I show the simple beauty of the supports for the Founders Bridge, a bridge that takes heavy traffic from east of the Connecticut River into downtown Hartford.

I do love the repeating pattern here! Very nice shot.

Oh this is great. Such an 'uncommon' view of a bridge and I like the benches and bins symmetry too. It's Sunday Bridge Series tomorrow, you might want to link it (even thought it's still Saturday, even for me!)

Bridges are so interesting from any angle.

It's quite beautiful under there! I love all those shapes. And are those benches? I wonder who stops for a sit under the bridge.
